Our travel and accommodation team has contacted these hotels to reserve rooms for AICOG delegates. So they will entertain each query through us and our specialised team shall be your one point of contact for any assistance starting from the inquiry, booking process, payment process, execution and on site assistance during the conference.

You will pay to AICOG 2026 and will get a receipt as well as a Hotel Confirmation Voucher. In exchange for this voucher, you will be given the room for check in for the period of stay as prepaid. Only extras like meals, spa, liquor, laundry etc will be payable at the hotel before check out.

Booking Policy: Full advance at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation till 31st July 2025.
50% charges for cancellation till 31st October 2025.
No refund for cancellation after 31st October 2025.

Our team is facilitating this entire booking service. The guest must respect the hotel policies for check in time and check out time, room category allocation, availability of king size bed or twin bed, early check in and late check out policies etc.
