Guidelines:
- Paper/e-poster shall be on the above themes.
- The following should be included in the abstract
- Theme which best describes your submission
- Name, telephone number and e-mail address of the presenter
- Name of the department(s) and institution(s) to which the work is attributed
- Source(s) of support in the form of grants, equipment, drugs, or all of these shall be disclosed
- Disclaimers/ conflict of interest, if any
- Consent to publish your abstract in the AICOG 2026 e-abstract book
- All case reports will be accepted as e-posters
- The abstract must be in English and shall not exceed 250 words (excluding title, author details, institutional affiliations, disclaimers and consent)
- Title must be in Times New Roman, font size 12, bold and upper case
- Names of all authors shall follow immediately under the title with presenter’s name in bold. Only the presenting author’s name will appear in the final Congress Program. All co-author names will be published in the AICOG e-abstract book
- The name of the institution, city and country shall follow the authors, on the next line, in lower case
- Do not include degrees or professional designations
- Abstract shall be typed in Times New Roman, font size 12, with single line vertical spacing
- Use of standard abbreviations is desirable. Use special or unusual abbreviation in brackets after the full word, the first time it appears
- Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin sentences.
- Do not use tables, graphs, pictures/images and references in the abstract
- Abstract indicating “data will be presented” or “results will be discussed” shall not be accepted
- Presenting author shall be the first author, member of FOGSI and registered for the conference. Only one abstract, either Oral or e-poster, is permitted per presenting author, do not submit multiple abstracts.
- To submit the abstract log in to www.aicog2026.com & follow instructions as directed.
- Read Abstract Guidelines carefully before submission
- Accepted Oral presentation shall be in PPT format & Poster shall be displayed as an e-poster
- The presenting author shall ensure all co-authors are aware of the contents and agree with the submission of the abstract for the conference
- Organizing Committee reserves the right to

- Acceptance letter to the presenting author will be sent via email by 15th November, 2025. If the author does not receive communication by 30th November 2025, kindly send mail at abstract@aicog2026.com
Specification for E-Poster Presentations:
- Orientation: Landscape layout 16x9, saved as a PDF file 1 page only
- Font type: Times New Roman; font size 12
- Hyperlinks, animations and embedded videos are not permitted
- Images and tables: at least 200 dpi. Good picture quality is essential
- While inserting images, photos, tables etc. use copy paste
- Avoid overlapping objects/ layers
Important Note:
- Proofread your abstract carefully before submitting to ensure accuracy with no spelling, grammatical or scientific errors. Accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract e-book as submitted. Neither FOGSI nor AICOG 2026 organizing committee shall be responsible for the scientific content, grammar or relevant permissions of the abstract submitted
- Only submissions saved in “Final submission” status in the online submission portal will be considered for review by the Organizing Committee. The presenting author shall receive a confirmation email that their submission has been received
- Some sessions will be audio and/or video recorded during the live event, which may also include the recording of the presenter’s slides or any pre-recorded video they may present. There will also be photography at the live event. Presentation at the conference implies that the speakers agree to recording of their presentation
- If the abstract contains details relating to individual participants (for example a case report), written informed consent for the publication must be obtained from the participants and a statement to this effect shall appear at the end of the abstract. If the patient is under 18 years, consent shall be obtained from the parent or guardian. If the patient is deceased, consent for publication shall be obtained from the next of kin.
